3. Course Access

Purchased courses grant you personal, non-transferable access. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, audio, and text materials, is the intellectual property of Speak Portuguese Now and its instructors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Speak Portuguese Now is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
